“I wanted to buy a football fan something to make him laugh”, Paul Jeffrey, Fantom Ltd. When two men in a shed decide to take on the toy manufacturers, the Premier League and the merchandising giants, they’d better have a pretty good idea. Not rocket science, just a good idea. And here it is. A 10” high, plastic bloke, cheering his team on with a big smile and a glint in his eye.
